Lonnie Land, a crane operator with IUOE Local 701, climbs down from a crane at the end of a shift at The Emery, a 118-unit mixed-use apartment building being built by Lease Crutcher Lewis on Southwest Moody Avenue. The seven-story building, designed by ZGF Architects, is the first redevelopment project on land owned by the Zidell family in the South Waterfront.
